Bray Cary is president and chief executive officer of West Virginia Media, a multi-media company that serves 90 percent of West Virginia.

Mr. Cary lived his early years in West Virginia. A 1966 graduate of Hinton High School, he earned two degrees from West Virginia University - a bachelor's degree in journalism in 1970 and a master's degree in public administration in 1971.

Working in WVU's Office of Intercollegiate Athletics as a student, Mr. Cary developed an interest in college sports and the media. After leaving WVU, Mr. Cary worked for the Sun Belt Conference, an experience in collegiate athletics management that led him to found Creative Sports in Charlotte, North Carolina. Creative Sports specialized in syndicating televised college football and basketball games. The company became the largest business of its kind in the nation.

Mr. Cary sold his company in 1994 to ESPN, and it operates today as ESPN Regional. From 1994 to 1997, Mr. Cary was a consultant for ESPN.

In 1998, Mr. Cary joined NASCAR as vice president of broadcasting and technology and helped consolidate all television rights to NASCAR races.

Returning to West Virginia in 2001, Mr. Cary assembled a group of predominately West Virginia investors that has acquired eight network television stations and a statewide business and leadership publication. West Virginia Media today owns and manages NBC affiliate WBOY-TV and an ABC affiliate EBOY-TV Clarksburg; CBS affiliate WOWK-TV in Charleston/Huntington; CBS affiliate WTRF-TV, Fox affiliate Fox ETRF-TV, and an ABC affiliate GTRF-TV; and CBS affiliate WVNS-TV and Fox affiliate Fox West Virginia in Beckley-Bluefield. The State Journal, the only statewide weekly business and leadership newspaper, also is a part of the West Virginia Media news network.

While involved in the day-to-day management of the media company, Mr. Cary also serves as host for "Decision Makers," a statewide public affairs television program that appears on Sundays on all eight West Virginia Media television stations. The program features the state's leading government, business, and community leaders and touches on topics important to West Virginians, including the economy, education, health and transportation.

Mr. Cary has given numerous lectures at West Virginia University and also served as commencement speaker in December 2000 at WVU and as convocation speaker in 2004 at Alderson-Broaddus College in Philippi, West Virginia. He is a past member of the WVU Foundation Board of Directors and the WVU Board of Advisors. He is a member of the Board of Directors of EQT Corporation, a Pittsburgh-based energy company.

Mr. Cary lives in Charleston, West Virginia.

Mr. Becker has been President and CEO of Max Capital Group, Ltd. (Nasdaq: ALTE) since it founding in May 2010. Alterra was created by the merger of Harbor Point and Max Capital. Mr. Becker became Chairman and CEO of Max Capital in October, 2006 and a director from April 2004. From 1996 to 1999 Mr. Becker was Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Orion Capital Corporation until its sale in 1999 to Royal & SunAlliance, where he then served as Vice Chairman and a Director of Royal & SunAlliance USA until 2000. Mr. Becker was President and Chief Executive Officer of an Orion Capital subsidiary from 1994 to 1996. From 2002 to 2005, Mr. Becker led the restructuring and wind-down of Trenwick Group Ltd, a Bermuda insurance company. From 2001 to 2004, Mr. Becker was non-executive Chairman of Hales & Company, a boutique insurance industry investment bank and private equity investor. Mr. Becker is Chairman and General Partner of West Virginia Media Holdings, which he co-founded in 2001. He is a director of Beazley Group plc (BEZ.L); Selective Insurance Group, Inc. (Nasdaq: SIGI) and the Mountain Companies of Parkersburg, WV. Mr. Becker is licensed as a certified public accountant and an admitted attorney in West Virginia.

Previous positions of Mr. Becker include President and CEO of McDonough Caperton Insurance Group (now Wells Fargo Mid Atlantic) from 1986 until 1994 and a director of United Bank WV , McJunkin Corporation, WVU Foundation, Inc., WV United Health System, Blanchette Rockefeller Neurosciences Institute and WVU College of Business & Economics Advisory Board.

Charlie Dusic, a Certified Public Accountant, has a well-rounded background that includes experience in public accounting, broadcasting, including radio and television properties, and human resources administration. He was the first employee hired by West Virginia Media in November 2001.

Mr. Dusic earned a BBA from Baylor University in Waco, Texas. His initial work experience was with KPMG Peat Marwick, an international accounting firm, in their Austin, Texas, office. While working for KPMG, Mr. Dusic was promoted to Audit Manager within four and one-half years of employment. He moved back to West Virginia to start a family and while living in West Virginia has served as a Manager for the CPA firms of Arnett & Foster and more recently with Simpson & Osborne, both headquartered in Charleston, West Virginia. During his public accounting career, Mr. Dusic has served a number of clients including clients specializing in broadcasting, manufacturing, insurance, health care, technology and government. He served as a member of the GFOA Special Review Committee for the Certificate of Achievement in Financial Reporting for Governmental Entities, and has served on various committees for the West Virginia Society for CPAs.

Mr. Dusic has also served as controller and human resources director in the broadcast industry with West Virginia Radio Corporation over seeing 15 radio stations and a state-wide news network. He is a member of the Broadcast Cable financial Managers Association, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the West Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants.
